About me
Hi there,
I would like to take a few minutes on this snowy day to formally introduce myself as the new Regional Mental Health Initiative Manager for the South Central Community Based Initiative. I’m beyond excited to be working with you and I hope to bring energy, passion, and professionalism into this role. Some background as to who I am starts with me being from St. Peter, MN – where I was born and raised. After high school graduation, I moved to Marshall, MN and completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Administration at Southwest Minnesota State University. I returned to the area shortly thereafter and have lived in Mankato for the past seven years. I purchased my home here in October 2020 and live there with my dog, Oliver. My work experience includes: Program Manager at SMILES Center for Independent Living, Team Leader at MRCI, and Youth Services Coordinator at MVAC. In my free time, I enjoy playing a variety of sports (basketball, golf, tennis, curling), spending time with my family and friends, and reading.
