Membership Information

The Clubhouse is a resource for consumers who are diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness.

Talk to your Case Manager about becoming a member. Your Case Manager can provide you with the necessary application to become a clubhouse member.

Benefits
The Clubhouse provides a safe environment where consumers can recreate and/or interact with others diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. Other opportunities include various educational and social activities, including Sibley County and 10 County Initiative outings. You may also network with a wide variety of consumers through the SCCBI website, and at 10 County activities. The biggest benefit to attending Clubhouse activities is discovering that you are not alone, but there is help available!

Requirements
Eligibility requirements for the County Connection Clubhouse are as follows: 

  • Sibley County resident
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness.
  • Receiving Adult Mental Health Case Management.
